Your email can be found in "Mail" tab on the main page of the Plesk control panel. You can add new email addresses, edit already existing ones or delete addresses you dont need anymore. You can only edit change email settings as an administrator, or as an user that has the correct permissions.
Creating an email address:
"Create Email Address" is found under the "Email" tab on the main page. Fill in the required parts. You can add more options while creating the address, but you can also come back to change the options of each address later.
You can enable email forwarding while creating your email addres, or come back to enable it at a later. Go to the email page in plesk and choose the address you want to edit. You can forward emails to any of your addresses. If you want to forward emails to multiple addresses, you can separate different addresses with a space, a comma, a semicolon or by entering the address on a new line.
You can enable email aliases while creating your email address, or come back to enable them at a later time. Email aliases are used when you want to forward emails, from addresses that don't exist but that might recieve emails, to your address. For example from old or deleted addresses, or from addresses that contain common spelling errors.
You can enable automatic replying while creating your email address, or come back to enable it later. The auto-reply setting will automatically reply to all incoming emails with an pre-written message. You can use the setting to inform you are on a vacation, or that your email address is going to change.
Changing your password:
You can change your password on the Email tab. Choose your address and create a new password. You can only edit change email settings as an administrator, or as an user that has the correct permissions.
Deleting an email address:
You can delete and email address by checking the box on the left of the address(you can choose multiple addresses), choosing "Delete" and confirming the deletion.
